My pen/nickname is Shenreed and I'm the creator of this Forum. My real name is John Rieger and I'm presently living in Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. I've been on a Spiritual quest since 1990, and have written and published three books about my journey and the insights and understandings I've derived from three profound healing experiences, when I finally chose to end my denials of my intuition, feelings, and emotions, and to speak my truth. I now know that ending ones denials heals ones issues, and what I have learned is what I want to share with others that also seek to heal and empower themselves. Don't get me wrong, this forum will be a place for mutual healing, as I still have a lot of healing to do.
