Welcome to the Heart Centre:
This is the "Home" page for my social networks. It's my intent to create the space to connect with other like-minded and like-feeling people who are on a journey of self-discovery; for those who question the present reality called life that is full of fear, lies, denial and unlovingness, and who desire to live life as an expression of who they really are, and not who they've been programmed to be. This site is multifaceted, exposing the Old-World reality for what it really is, and as it crumbles, like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, a New-World reality emerges. To say that the material discussed on this site will be controversial is an understatement, as to find the truth and empower yourself, you need to be open to challenge everything you believe to be true, especially about love, life, feelings and emotions, and also be willing to end your denials of all aspects of self. It's my intent that the topics and discussions expressed on this site will not only expand your consciousness, but also activate your emotions and touch your Heart, and assist you in healing and empowering yourself.
Social Media Background Information:
Over the years, I’ve started a half-dozen Wiki's and inter-active Forums on free websites, only to have them shut down and content deleted by the companies that hosted them. Presently, only one Forum "Runboard", that I started back in early 2002, remains online. It also had issues in 2007, with many members and their posts being deleted and member access denied. While I managed to save some of the posts, I never pursued re-establishing that site, instead, I started another site called "Tribes", that was sold in 2011. The new owners suspended account activity although it was still on line as "read only". It was officially closed down in 2019. During this time, I was putting my focus on writing my books, so I never looked for another Forum.
In 2016, after my books were published, I decided to host a Forum on this website. Unfortunately, it was spammed and hacked and I had to close it. Topics that I and members had posted on the forum could still be read, but memberships were denied. Recently, Simple Machine Forums (SMF) has been upgraded with many changes under the hood; so, on 2021, Feb 13, I re-opened the forum to accept new members. I'll be adding material as time permits and as members join and begin to post topics. I feel the Forum can be used as a Wiki type reference site, so there's no need for a separate Wiki.
As part of the multi-media network, I also started blogging. My first blog was back in 2005 on Blogger and it's still up and running. In 2007, I switched to Opera Blog, as I liked its format, but it closed down on Dec. 31, 2011. Luckily, I was able to save and transfer most of the content to a free Wordpress site. In 2012, I hosted a separate Wordpress Blog on my website so as to avoid any closures and have been using it ever since.
I joined Facebook, the social media giant, many years ago. In 2020, with the advent of the so-called "covid-19 pandemic" and the internet mis-information and censorship taking place, and getting banned for a month by the fascist Facebook fact-checkers that are censoring anything that's not aligned with the official government, medical and media narrative, I felt I needed to make some changes. I researched various alternative social media platforms and decided to go with MeWe. I'm not going to delete my Facebook account (just yet) as there is a lot of information on it, and there's also a group I'd like to keep in touch with for now.
I plan on making MeWe my new social media site; but the problem is that it's relatively new, so it's difficult to get friends and followers to change, to switch accounts as Facebook has been around for years, is familiar, and members have an extensive ready-made network that would also need to change.
But... (there's always a but) while social media sites like Facebook and MeWe have their usefulness, they also have their limitations. An issue I have with their format is that there's basically one thread with multiple topics and discussions inter-twined on it. To follow a specific topic with some sort of coherent path is next to impossible. These social media platforms are OK for daily social chit chat, but not for much else. So, for that reason and because they're hosted on other sites that are subject to political censorship, I feel that hosting the forum and blog on my websites is the best alternative to not only having interactive discussions, but also to provide reference material.
With all the world changes that have, and are taking place, I've decided to focus my attention on the "The Heart Centre" Forum and my Blog "Saysame". In the near future, I plan on creating a Vlog that will also be inter-active.
